Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist (B2B SaaS – English & Vietnamese)

- Identify and research target companies (250-1000 employees) in Vietnam and Asia
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Communicate effectively in Vietnamese (local prospects) and English (regional/global prospects)
- Execute structured outreach sequences (connect â message â follow-up)
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule and confirm product demos (weekly KPI: 4-5 demos)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho CRM or similar)
- Coordinate with sales team for demo handover
- 4-5 qualified demos scheduled per week
- Consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Outreach activity volume and response rates
- Lead-to-demo conversion
- 1-3 years in lead generation / SDR / inside sales
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Self-driven with ability to meet weekly targets
- Experience in SaaS / HR Tech / Payroll solutions
- Understanding of B2B sales process
- Experience targeting mid-sized companies
