As a Marketing Manager at UOB Vietnam, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and support business growth across various product lines.Job ResponsibilitiesCommunication execution: Support the execution and coordination of marketing communications and campaigns in line with guidance from the Marketing Team Lead and product objectives.
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing activities across brand, digital, and customer engagement channels.
- Conduct market research and basic analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and contribute insights to marketing plans.
- Work closely with product, sales, and internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the marketing team to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations to support ongoing improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; MBA is preferred.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Solid understanding of Deposit and Wealth products, customer needs, and market trends.
- Experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing and campaign analytics.
- Effective leadership, project management, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
