As the Senior Fullstack Engineer in a dedicated customer delivery pod, you will act as the technical owner for a client's entire product. Working alongside a PM, designer, QA, and support engineer, you will architect, build, deploy, and maintain full‑stack solutions. This is a highly autonomous role requiring the ability to operate across the entire stack-frontend, backend, database, cloud-and transform ambiguous requirements into robust, production‑ready systems.

Lead full‑stack development from design → implementation → deployment → production support
Build user‑facing interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)
Develop backend services in Go (or willingness to learn Go if using similar languages like Java/C#/Rust)
Work with relational databases (Postgres preferred)
Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
Integrate and optimize usage of LLM APIs for AI‑powered product features
Translate vague or evolving requirements into architecture plans, task breakdowns, and delivery timelines
Collaborate in a tightly knit pod operating with startup‑like speed and ownership
Handle debugging, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting in live production environments

5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience
Proven ownership over full systems or complex product areas
Strong full‑stack experience (frontend + backend + DB + cloud)
Solid grounding in modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js ideal)
Backend experience in Go or willingness to learn it quickly
Hands-on cloud experience in AWS or GCP
Strong communication skills and comfort with occasional client interaction
Ability to thrive in fast‑changing, ambiguous, startup‑pace environments

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in startups, product companies, or consultant/agency environments delivering full solutions
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, infra‑as‑code, observability stacks
Experience with enterprise-grade systems (auth, permissions, integrations, security)
Exposure to vector databases, RAG pipelines, orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain)
