- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email or other communication channels.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- 3rd or 4th student from a relevant field of study (e.g., business administration, marketing, communications, or related field).
- Full-time availability (5 days a week).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good at English skills.
