- 5+ years of experience similar position, prefer in optical communication or electronic manufacturing industry
- International training: 6 months in China, followed by a mandatory bonding agreement
- Good English spoken and written
- Experienced in statistical data analysis (JMP or Minitab software is preferred)
- Experience with problem solving with 8D approach
- Understand quality system and be familiar with ISO9001 or IATF16949
- Logic problem solving with data analysis
- Familiar with FMEA/MSA/SPC and related quality tools
- Follow through skills on problem solving with root-cause address and continuously improve
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good teamwork sprit and self-driven under pressure
