Join us right NOW!!The job:As Ruby on Rails Developer you will help build and scale the coolest and best job website in Vietnam. In doing so you will help IT people in Vietnam advance their careers, build great things and may be even change the world.You will create a front-end UI so beautiful it makes users want to lick the screen. Your back-end code will be so clean it will make a grown man cry.Responsibilities:Develop features from front-end to back-end with high quality codeTranslate stories from product owner into product featuresBe more than a developer by making suggestions for our productEnsure scalability and high availability ofEnsure security of itviec.comRequirements:

3+ years experience with Ruby on Rails.
3+ years experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript/Stimulus.
Have a good sense of UX/UI and ability to implement responsive designs effectively.
Solid understanding of programming principles, common design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Experience working with Redis and Sidekiq.
Familiar with unit testing Minitest, RSpec.
Good verbal English communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience with Amazon Web Services.
Experience with Search Engines as Elasticsearch.
Experience with application performance monitoring and optimization.
