We are currently inviting Product Engineers to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Introduce new products to production, ensuring good arrangement for production.
Make sure that all products are manufacturable by meeting cost, timing, and quality targets.
Act as a key coordinator between departments and clients, addressing production matters and ensuring effective collaboration.
Drive, propose changes for improvement, increasing productivity and quality over time.
Oversee production documentation updates and prepare necessary files for smooth production.
Apply production innovations to optimize manufacturing processes.
Guide, inspire, and empower a team of professionals to achieve success.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a product engineer or product manager experience in electronics manufacturing.

Demonstrated abilities in project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across diverse international teams.

Commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes and results.

Analytical skills to identify and address bottlenecks in manufacturing processes would be beneficial.

Knowledge of industry-specific standards (automotive, medical, military) would be beneficial.

Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, proficiency in English (four skills).
