Around the globe, more than 15,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification.We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a BIM MEP Modeler join our growing team and help deliver high quality projects to our clients.Job Description- Create 3D MEP models, Revit families and drawings based on Pointcloud, Design drawing …- Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.- Detect and solve MEP clashes, make QA&QC reports.- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.- Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.- Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues.Qualifications- Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent;- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;- Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools (Dynamo, Dirit, API…)- Solid knowledge of Revit, Recap Expertise in the planning of electric systems and measurement and control technology- Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, e.g., Autodesk construction cloud (ACC), BIM collaborate pro- Have knowledge of ISO 19650 standard, Omni classification, Cobie Classification, IFC exportation standard would be preferred.- Must have exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
