- Lead business development across Vietnam and Asia.
- Drive end‑to‑end sales activities: prospecting, client meetings, site assessments, proposal coordination, contract negotiation, and post‑sale support.
- Develop and manage relationships with Chinese speaking clients, providing tailored renewable‑energy solutions and supporting project execution across Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines.
- Conduct regional market research, track competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to build targeted commercial strategies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, construction, legal) while travelling frequently within the region to support clients and project delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Sales, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy or infrastructure sales.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages such as Japanese or Korean are a plus.
- Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination, with understanding of relevant regulations.
- Highly organised, proactive, and willing to travel frequently for regional client and project needs.
