- Proactively discuss and consult the Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure that the technical point of view is brought into consideration while planning and growing the products.
- Collaborate with other people responsible for the relevant products to ensure that the technical solution is optimum and best fit to the latest cloud architecture.
- Manage and support team members to become a highly performing engineering team with, embrace ownership and product mindset among the team
- Coach engineers to adopt best practices in software development lifecycle, such as Infrastructure as Code, Automated testing, Continuous Integration - Continuous Delivery/Deployment, etc.
- Coach engineers to leverage generative Al tools to accelerate software delivery
- Collaborate across teams with regards to overarching technical concepts and practices
- Participate in the full development cycle: design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You'll be reviewing code, writing design documents, giving feedback on product specs and mocks, and generally helping out wherever is needed.
- 5+ years of experience developing software using .NET C# for backend, and/or frontend (ReactJS, NextJS) , modern cloud-native architectures.
- 2+ years of experience providing technical leadership to high-performing engineering teams
- Strong understanding of core software engineering principles and API design
- Experience building, deploying, and operating high-performing containerized applications at scale on Microsoft Azure
- Significant experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages (C#, Java, Go, Python)
- Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies
- Ability to define and execute a compelling long-term vision, translating strategy into actionable plans
- Strong accountability for delivering tactical objectives and commitments within established frameworks
- Experience leading the development and execution of market-leading SaaS product offerings
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and inspire teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with rapidly changing products and solutions
- Experience working in matrix organizations and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to develop new solutions and improve processes
