Job Purpose:Ricoh is looking for a Technical Solution Implementation Consultant to join our Technical Consulting Team. This is a role where you become the bridge between technology and real business problems.You’ll work directly with enterprise clients, turning complex requirements into smart, automated, and scalable solutions using Ricoh’s ECM/DMS and Workflow Automation platforms. Instead of being stuck fixing bugs or writing repetitive code, you’ll design how systems actually work in real operations — just like a junior solution architect.If you’re aiming for a career in Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, or Process Automation, this role gives you the hands-on project exposure and multi-system experience to get there faster.Duties and Responsibilities:1. System Deployment & Configuration
  • Responsible for the installation, environment setup, and in-depth configuration of ECM/DMS/No-Code Platform components, ensuring strict adherence to the Technical Design Document.
2. Workflow Automation Development
  • Utilize the solution’s Workflow Designer tool to realize and implement business process flows.
  • Optimize processing logic to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient system operation.
3. Integration & Scripting
  • Perform integration of the ECM/DMS/No-Code Platform with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) via REST API, .Net API, and Webhooks.
  • Write utility scripts (C#/.NET or JavaScript) for data processing or feature extension as required.
4. Quality Assurance & Technical Support
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst (BA) to conduct Unit Tests and System Tests before handover.
  • Troubleshoot and thoroughly resolve technical issues during the implementation phase (UAT) and live operations (Go-live).
5. Research & Development (R&D)
  • Continuously update knowledge on new platform features (Cloud & On-Premises) to propose better and more optimal technical solutions for projects.
RequirementsEducation
  • Bachelor's/associate’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Electronics and Telecommunications.
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in software or system implementation (Well-structured Freshers with strong logical thinking and a solid technical foundation are welcome).
Technical Stack
  • Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL Server or MySQL (Ability to write basic queries and stored procedures).
  • Infrastructure: Basic understanding of Cloud Platforms (MS Azure, GCP, AWS…), Windows Server and IIS is a plus.
  • Programming: Strong algorithmic thinking. Preference for candidates with foundational knowledge in .NET (C#) or JavaScript/JSON (for API calls and data handling).
Soft Skills & Mindset
  • Problem-solving: Ability to independently analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Mindset: Careful, meticulous, process-compliant, and highly responsible for the delivered product.
  • Language: Good English reading and comprehension skills for technical documentation (Good verbal communication is a significant advantage).
