- Creating the opportunity for sales team approaching potential customers by booking roadshow locations at office buildings, companies, shopping mall, events, supermarkets…
- Establishing and maintaining the strong relationship with clients to maximize the opportunity for sales team approaching target-customers.
- Building the relationship with the internal stakeholder and external business partners to leverage on business opportunity.
- Planning/ Tracking monthly roadshow locations and expense budget aligned with KPI assigned by business.
- Conducting/Tracking and Reporting roadshow performance to Supervisor/ Manager.
- Implement POSM and product promotions at roadshow locations.
- Engagement/ Coaching/ Training roadshow section for sales team.
- Raising solutions and ideas to build up roadshow channel.
- Providing personal and high end net worth banking and customer services to the senior management and expatriate for the key person corporate clients.
- Resolving clients and corporate level complaints/ issues promptly and effectively.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
- Bachelor degree.
- 1-2 years banking or others related to sales and services.
- Experience in building relationships with internal stakeholder and external partners.
- Good knowledge in banking/ finance is preferable.
- Good communication and present ideas, concepts, explain products and services.
- Good written and communication in English.
- Responsible, open- minded, creative, team work, enthusiastic.
- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point.
