- Lead and oversee daily Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and guest expectations
- Maintain strong collaboration with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B teams
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and departmental budgets
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and pest control programs
- Drive sustainability initiatives (energy saving, waste management)
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Ensure VIP rooms are prepared and inspected to the highest standards
- Oversee Lost & Found procedures and internal controls (linen, uniforms, keys)
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with operational standards
- Lead, train, and develop the Housekeeping team to maximize performance and engagement
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in Housekeeping within 4-5 star hotels
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence in guest service
- Solid understanding of housekeeping operations, budgeting, and quality standards
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
