Product Designer (Luxury Jewelry)

• Develop and conceptualize new jewellery designs based on market trends, target customer insights, and brand positioning.

• Create detailed design drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications to support production processes.

• Research design trends, gold and gemstone materials, and craftsmanship techniques to deliver innovative and differentiated products.

• Collaborate closely with product development and production teams to ensure design feasibility while maintaining aesthetic and artistic value.

• Prepare and present design concepts, including sketches, inspiration, product storytelling, and packaging/display proposals (if required).

• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or related fields; GIA or equivalent certification is a plus.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Jewelry Designer, with a strong portfolio in gold and gemstone (gem-set) jewellery.

• Proficient in design tools: Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and jewelry-specific CAD software.

• Strong knowledge of gemology, gemstones, and jewellery production/manufacturing processes.

• Strong visual thinking and hand-sketching ability, with a good sense of design trends.

• Basic communication skills in English or Chinese is an advantage.

• Creative mindset with a passion for jewellery design and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to balance artistic creativity with commercial viability and production constraints.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
