Senior Finance Associate (Vietnam)

• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in General Ledger, and accurate in a timely manner
• Prepare supporting documentation and calculation of journal vouchers to have a clear nature of transactions and easy tracking to the actual transactions.
• Prepare the indirect tax submissions such as VAT/GST to local authorities within timely manner.
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Financial Statements as required by IFRS.
• Initiate improvements to the business process and internal controls
• Assist External Auditor for Financial Statement audit.

• Key strategic and contributor in Accounting/Finance organization. This role will take a responsibility managing Accounting and Accounts Payable process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ACCA/ICAEW/CPA or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience in Vietnam finance, accounting, or relevant background
• Knowledge on Vietnam tax regulation will be an added advantage
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of the full set Accounts Closing and able to prepare core financial reports
• Knowledge in tax submission and filing of indirect and direct tax
• Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized with a keen attention to details
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to create a collaborative environment
