- Set out business planning and targets in coordinate with Sales Manager
- Ensure fulfillment of sales and other objectives within allocated area
- Achieve target set out to increase market share & sales, through acquisition and retention of customers.
- Build product propositions with existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
- Increase efficiency & effectiveness of the organization by complying with and proposing improvement of and/or within the internal & external process (ISO 9001 / 14001 & OHSAS 18000)
- Proactively drive business thru “Business Management Systems” as outlined by the company.
- Establish and continuously improve product & market knowledge, so as to be more efficient.
- Keep well informed about clients financial status and take a proactive role in the collection of A/R overdue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical
- 2-3 years experience in sales & business development
- Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking
- Ability to work under pressure
