  • Set out business planning and targets in coordinate with Sales Manager
  • Ensure fulfillment of sales and other objectives within allocated area
  • Achieve target set out to increase market share & sales, through acquisition and retention of customers.
  • Build product propositions with existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Increase efficiency & effectiveness of the organization by complying with and proposing improvement of and/or within the internal & external process (ISO 9001 / 14001 & OHSAS 18000)
  • Proactively drive business thru “Business Management Systems” as outlined by the company.
  • Establish and continuously improve product & market knowledge, so as to be more efficient.
  • Keep well informed about clients financial status and take a proactive role in the collection of A/R overdue.
Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical
  • 2-3 years experience in sales & business development
  • Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Planning skills
  • Presentation & communication skills
  • Persuading & networking skills
