Purchasing Engineer

• Research, identify, and develop local supply resources for spare parts, office supplies, and factory materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Manage daily purchasing activities, including contract execution, payment follow-up, and exception handling.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to secure timely material supply for construction and operations.
• Handle urgent procurement requests and ensure smooth communication with headquarters in China.
• Support the development and improvement of procurement processes in compliance with company standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in factory construction or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of local supply resources for spare parts, office supplies, and daily necessities.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English for daily communication, Chinese proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
