Work Location is in Bac Ninh province*

** Note: English CV must be submitted **Laird Performance Material is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in Bac Ninh province.This position is responsible for, but not limited to, managing a cross-functional team of professionals to complete assigned projects or programs.Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

Collaborate with SBU functions and/or site team management to manage a cross-functional team and meet product development requirements and cost targets.
Define, plan, and manage project goals and milestone activities, set priorities or direction for multiple programs in development.
Generate or facilitate documentation per engineering procedures.
Adhere to related quality and safety systems/standards.

Job Qualifications:Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or other related field

Skills and competencies:

Minimum 8 years experience in Manufacturing, with at least 5 years in project management or project engineering. Experience in metal stamping, plating, coating processing is an advantage.
Experience in managing, planning and negotiations, with excellent time management skills.
Manage activities between departments to meet product development or project requirements, while achieving cost target.
Ability to establish good cross-functional relationships with related parties for project or program completion.
Strong in leadership skills, attention to detail, result-driven, good communication skills and interpersonal
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project.
Proficient in English and Vietnamese communication in 4 skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
