Job PurposeThe HR Manager will lead HR and Admin functions for the Vietnam factory, supporting workforce expansion, HR framework development, and compliance during the company's growth phase.Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR
  • Lead strategic hiring and headcount planning in line with factory expansion roadmap.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Review and manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structure.
  • Conduct department evaluation and organizational effectiveness reviews.
  • Support client and internal audits.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Manage daily HR operations including employee relations and HR administration.
  • Oversee admin functions, including dormitory and accommodation arrangements.
  • Build and manage the HR/Admin team (planned ~5 members, excluding ESG).
  • Coordinate with China HQ HR on policies, reporting, and alignment.
Future Scope
  • Prepare for and support ESG-related responsibilities as the factory matures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Chinese language proficiency is mandatory.
  • 5-8 years of solid HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in factory setup, expansion, or fast-growing organizations is a strong plus.
  • Mature, hands-on, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work full-time in Nam Dinh.
