- Develop new air import & export customers across North Vietnam.
- Target key industries: Electronics, Automotive, Solar & Energy, Garment & Footwear, Machinery.
- Build regular weekly/monthly air cargo flow and long-term customer portfolio.
- Ensure profitable gross margin and controlled credit terms.
- Design and promote customized air solutions: eco-air, express, priority, hand-carry, charter, AOG.
- Bundle air freight with customs brokerage, domestic trucking, and cross-border transport.
- Work closely with operations to ensure service reliability and SOP compliance.
- Own personal GP and volume targets.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and sales forecasting.
- Protect margins and avoid rate-driven selling practices.
- 3–7 years of air freight sales experience in Vietnam.
- Strong airline and agent network.
- Proven track record in solution-based selling.
- Strong negotiation and commercial mindset.
- Fluent English communication skills.
