- Lead the development of overall campaign strategy, planning, and post-campaign reviews for your set of brands.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for clients, leading presentations and discussions on media strategy.
- Set viable objectives and KPIs, and develop measurement methodologies against all briefs.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the planning team, fostering their professional growth.
- Develop and follow best practices and processes for media planning & operations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and drive the adoption of new media platforms and technologies.
- Manage key client revenue and profitability, contributing to business growth.
- Minimum 6-7 years of work experience in a media agency, client-side, or media owner capacity.
- Strong digital and integrated planning background with a strategic and commercial outlook.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of planners.
- Extensive experience managing multiple projects and integrating large-scale campaigns.
- Excellent client management skills with a track record of building strong relationships.
- In-depth understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumer trends.
- Highly evolved presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
