This position requires strong operational judgment, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining Amazon's high standards for quality and customer experience.Key job responsibilities
Material Management & Supply Chain Operations-Manage control tower operations with automated ordering systems and strategic material planning across multiple CM partners
-Lead Vietnam trading company operations to resolve export restrictions and streamline spare parts management
-Execute material excess auditing, recycling coordination, and cost recovery initiativesWarehouse & Logistics Operations-Oversee sorting warehouse operations coordinating onshore and offshore returns from APAC countries
-Manage relationships with fourth-party logistics providers to ensure operational excellence
-Ensure compliance with Basel Convention and local environmental regulationsRepair Operations & Quality Management-Drive Amazon Devices repair operations from line qualification through daily production management
-Manage repair resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple product lines
-Monitor and improve key performance indicators including repair cycle time, quality metrics, and cost per unitRegulatory Compliance & Risk Management-Ensure compliance with Vietnam customs regulations, trade policies, and environmental requirements
-Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on regulatory changes and impact assessmentsCross-Functional Collaboration-Partner with global teams, CM partners, and local regulatory authorities to deliver operational excellence

Your day starts reviewing overnight APAC operations-return volumes, repair metrics, material inventory. Morning standups with CM partners address blockers and coordinate material movements.Mid-morning brings cross-functional work: Demand forecasting, finance reconciliation, or navigating Vietnam trade regulations. You analyze dashboards for optimization.Afternoons focus on strategic initiatives: qualifying repair lines, developing frameworks for market expansions, or business reviews with logistics providers.Throughout, you solve complex problems: resolving spare parts export restrictions, managing material audits, or bridging manual processes while planning automation. You partner with global ADRL teams, CM partners, Planning, finance, legal, and compliance.About the team

- 7+ years of relevant work experience in program management, supplier management in a service delivery environment.
- Experience at leading cross functional projects.
- Experience identifying and driving improvements in operational improvements.
- Experience across a multitude of platforms with remote team members, as well as stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization.Preferred Qualifications- Master's Degree or MBA in a related discipline or PMP Certification
- Background in reverse logistics and service operations
- Background in technical or quality program management
- Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and questioning existing practices.
