Job Description :We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Performance Marketing Senior Associate to lead performance campaign planning, execution, and optimization across key paid media channels. This role will take ownership of business-driving initiatives, scale acquisition strategies, and deliver measurable impact on traffic and sales growth.Media Planning & Strategy
  • Develop comprehensive digital media plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
  • Translate business targets into channel-level strategies, budget allocation, and KPI frameworks.
  • Lead planning for mega campaigns and key commercial moments (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal stakeholders to ensure execution excellence
Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Own end-to-end execution of Search, Social, Display, and App campaigns across major ad platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPC, CPI).
  • Identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and implement data-backed optimization strategies.
  • Drive experimentation roadmap: test new ad formats, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and platform features to unlock scalable growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with internal guidelines during execution
Performance Tracking & Business Analytics:
  • Consolidate and analyze cross-channel performance metrics (Traffic, Orders, GMV, CAC).
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on user acquisition, retention trends, and campaign efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitor movements, and user behavior.
  • Collaborate with Data, Category, CRM, and Branding teams to solve business problems and improve growth efficiency.
  • Support dashboard development and performance reporting for leadership visibility
Requirements :MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads).
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, funnel metrics).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets and derive insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.).
  • Results-driven, structured thinking, and strong ownership.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

  • Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms with large-scale e-commerce campaigns and high-budget media planning
  • Experience working with regional teams.
  • Project management or stakeholder management experience
