- Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and Lock Forecast processes for the manufacturing organization.
- Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure robust and accurate financial plans.
- Prepare consolidated financial forecasts aligned with production volumes, capacity utilization, and cost structures.
- Organize and lead forecast review meetings, providing clear analysis of key assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
- Own WI (Weekly Indicator / Working Income) reviews and monthly performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs, including cost of goods sold (COGS), labor efficiency, overhead absorption, inventory, and variances.
- Provide variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year, with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Deliver concise management reports and dashboards to senior stakeholders.
- Perform detailed cost analysis, including standard costing, manufacturing variances, and productivity metrics.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to identify cost drivers, efficiency improvement opportunities, and savings initiatives.
- Support make‑or‑buy decisions, capacity expansion analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide financial support for capital expenditure (CapEx) evaluations and post‑investment reviews.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Prism and other FP&A or planning systems used in manufacturing finance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across financial and operational data sources.
- Drive process optimization, system enhancements, and automation initiatives to improve planning and reporting efficiency.
- Serve as finance business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, and selected Commercial stakeholders.
- Support pricing decisions, margin analysis, and customer or product profitability analysis.
- Evaluate business cases, ROI, and financial impact of new initiatives or strategic projects.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, decision‑oriented insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team, building strong analytical and business partnering capabilities.
- Set clear objectives, manage workload allocation, and conduct performance reviews.
- Promote standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement within the FP&A function.
- Collaborate closely with Controlling, Accounting, and other Finance teams to ensure alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
- MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a multinational company.
- Strong exposure to manufacturing cost structures, COGS analysis, and operational KPIs.
- Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Hands‑on experience with FP&A systems; Prism experience preferred.
- Experiences in Mechanic business is highly preferrable
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- In‑depth understanding of manufacturing finance, including standard costing and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to handle large datasets and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix and multicultural environment.
