- Identify, onboard, and grow customers in line with strategic priorities across Vietnam's woodworking and furniture manufacturing sectors
- Leverage and expand business from key customers in the woodworking segment, including panel, furniture, and joinery manufacturers
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including Technical Services, Specification teams, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class service
- Support small and medium-scale projects for customers across all regions of Vietnam in coordination with other Sales Managers
- Organize and deliver periodic training on products, sustainability initiatives, tools, and processes with support from Marketing and Technical teams
- Maintain full ownership of all Key Account leads and opportunities in CRM with accurate and up-to-date records
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key customers jointly with the Regional/Country Sales Manager; identify opportunities, gaps, and competitive threats, and take corrective actions
- Participate actively in fortnightly/monthly Professional Business review meetings
- Drive pipeline conversion and generate accurate forecasts to feed into the national demand plan
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Experience: 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in adhesives, coatings, chemicals, or building materials within Vietnam or the Southeast Asia region
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or related industrial segments in Vietnam
- Language: Fluent in Vietnamese (required); English proficiency (professional working level preferred)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and sales analytics platforms
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam (up to 60-70% of the time)
