KIKI - a voice assistant, developed by Zalo, is one of the most popular AI products in Vietnam. Currently, KIKI has achieved some brightful success: * Cooperated with 20+ hardware supplier;

Integrated as a default voice assistant on 300K+ devices;
Served 1M+ monthly-user;

You will:

Develop strategy for products, technology, human resource, etc to cover KIKI with the entire Vietnamese market;
Technical ownership for the quality and timeline of the multiple-technology projects;
Work closely with the cross teams to make sure that the standards and practices are followed;
Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle;
Hands-on in development and capable of troubleshooting technical issues;
Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people, and risk management;
Play a role as a Manager and motivate the team members by providing them with supportive and professional mentoring; join to build up Zalo’s working culture;
Take part in the talent selection process of the company as a functional interviewer, and take the initiative in improving workflow, and client outcomes.

Master’s degree or above in Computer Science or related technical fields;
5+ years of experience in related industries;
Experience with AI, Natural Language Processing; Speech Processing, or Machine Learning;
A hands-on character is a must;
Experienced in tech product development from the early to scale-up stage is a big advantage;
Experienced in managing tech teams (AI Scientist, Android, iOS, Linux – based, ...);
Strong interpersonal skills to cooperate with various stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and other departments.
