ACG_3411JOBOur client is an e-commerce technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business objectivesLead the design and implementation of HR policies, systems, and initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and ensure full compliance with labor lawsAct as a strategic partner to senior leadership, bridging management and employees, and resolving complex organizational and people-related issuesWork closely with the COO to design and optimize a performance management system that drives high performance and accountabilityOversee talent development strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and company-wide learning programsManage and optimize the HR budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource efficiencyProvide leadership and direction for all HR functions, including C&B, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, and L&DEstablish and monitor HR metrics, using data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvementRequirementsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAdvanced HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) are strongly preferredMinimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (HR Director/Head of HR), preferably in a technology company (200+ employees)Knowledge & Skills:Deep understanding of labor laws, organizational development, and modern HR best practicesStrong experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational transformationProficiency in HR analytics, HR systems, OKRs, and Agile frameworksExcellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsExcellent negotiation, presentation, and public speaking abilitiesProven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing HR teams and foster strong relationships across all organizational levelsContact: Hoang Ha & Thao PhanDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
