This includes:Implement and improve DevOps processes to support the organization’s goals.Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure deployment pipelines and infrastructure.Help identify and reduce risks to system availability and performance; assist with troubleshooting and incident response.Develop and enhance automation scripts, monitoring tools, and incident response procedures.Ensure all DevOps activities follow company policies and regulatory requirements.Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to streamline workflows and support collaboration.Continuously improve deployment speed, lead time, and system stability by optimizing CI/CD processes.Research and recommend new tools and technologies to strengthen DevOps practices.Track and report progress and key metrics to the DevOps Manager and other stakeholders.Job Requirements / Yêu cầuRequirements· Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.· Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.· Hands-on skills with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.· Ability to script in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.· Understanding of security best practices and compliance in DevOps.· Skilled at mentoring and providing technical guidance to team members.· Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in managing system reliability.· Good communicator who works well with different teams and stakeholders.· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes) are a plus.Competencies· Support the team during changes and transitions.· Bring new ideas and creative solutions to strengthen the team.· Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
