Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing interpretation services to Chinese-speaking customers and performing maintenance and repair work on installed equipment. ・Interpretation (Chinese) during meetings with customers and on-site visits ・Supporting communication between internal staff and customers ・Conducting equipment inspections and maintenance at existing customer sites ・Providing initial response to issues and coordinating with the technical department ・Preparing work reports and explaining them to customers *During the initial onboarding period, you will learn the job by accompanying your supervisor and technical staff *For entry-level staff, we provide an environment where you can learn from the basicsJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's degree or higher ・Language: Mandarin at Business Level (Equivalent to HSK5) ・Additional requirement: * Junior level: - 23-26 years old - At least 1 year of professional work experience - Graduated from the mechanical engineering major *Senior level: - 26-35 years old - At least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair
Preferable Skill / Experience
Work experience in the manufacturing industry or at a trading company
