- Provide Level 2 technical support for client hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, software, and connectivity issues
- Handle incident escalations from the Service Desk and ensure timely resolution
- Support users onsite and remotely, maintaining a strong customer service focus
- Manage onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, permissions) on site in our Vietnam offices
- Support administration of Active Directory / Entra ID, including user and group management
- Assist with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Contribute to basic network support, including LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and VPN access
- Assist with endpoint security, patching, and compliance using Intune
- Participate in infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, rollouts, and office IT deployments
- Collaborate with senior engineers on improving system reliability and performance
- Drive root cause analysis and help reduce recurring issues
- Maintain documentation of solutions, processes, and IT assets
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or IT administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems and PC hardware
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and user environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory or Entra ID
- Ability to work with ticketing systems and follow ITIL-based processes
- Knowledge of endpoint management platforms (Intune, or similar)
- PowerShell or scripting experience
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capability
- Ability to handle both operational support and infrastructure tasks
- Documentation-focused working style
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Fluent English skills are a must have
