Site Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-4 years' experience in telecom site deployment or field engineering.
• Experience supervising subcontractors or ASP teams.
• Hands-on exposure to telecom equipment installation and site rollout.

• Understanding of telecom site infrastructure (tower, rooftop, power, grounding).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of commissioning and integration flow.
• Familiar with OHS standards in telecom projects.

• Conduct site surveys for telecom infrastructure deployment.
• Collect technical data and assess site readiness.
• Prepare site documentation, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Supervise equipment installation (RAN/Transmission/Antenna/Power systems).
• Ensure proper mounting, cabling, grounding, and labeling.
• Support commissioning and initial integration activities.
• Ensure installations meet technical and quality standards.

• Supervise civil construction works (tower, rooftop, foundation).
• Lead and delegate site tasks to subcontractors (ASP teams).
• Monitor workmanship quality and enforce standards.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and milestones.

• Enforce Quality Assurance and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) policies.
• Ensure all site activities comply with local regulations and telecom standards.
• Conduct safety checks before and during site activities.
• Ensure valid Work-at-Height certification for all required personnel.

• Prepare site reports and installation checklists.
• Document deviations and escalate technical issues.
• Coordinate with Project Manager / Implementation team on progress updates.
