  • As a Senior Engineering Program Manager, you will drive execution of complex hardware programs and subsystems through engineering development.
  • In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams-including engineering, product, operations, and supply chain-to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will play a critical role in coordinating execution, managing risks, and enabling effective technical decision-making.
Job Description
  • Lead execution of complex hardware programs or major subsystems through engineering development
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (ME, EE, Design, Sourcing, NPI, Quality) to deliver key milestones
  • Drive program planning, scheduling, and tracking, managing dependencies and critical paths
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues to ensure successful delivery
  • Facilitate technical discussions and trade-offs, partnering with engineering leads
  • Communicate clear program status updates, including risks, decisions, and progress
  • Support program budget tracking and ensure alignment to cost targets
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of program management experience in hardware or consumer technology
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or subsystems through engineering development cycles
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to engage across hardware, electronics, and firmware
  • Proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams
  • Strong communication skills with ability to use both Chinese and English
  • Experience in micro-mobility, consumer electronics, automotive, or related industries
  • Experience working with Asia-based manufacturing partners and suppliers
  • Experience supporting system-level programs with increasing ownership
