Bosch Vietnam is currently active with many business divisions: Mobility Aftermarket, Drive and Control Technology, Power Tools, Building Technology, Two-Wheeler and Powersports and Sales Original Equipment, AquaEasy, Home Appliances and Supply Chain Consulting.Additional information is available online at: , andJob DescriptionThe Power Tools Trainer is responsible for delivering product and application training, conducting hands-on demonstrations, and supporting sell-out activities to drive business growth and strengthen brand positioning of Bosch Power Tools in Vietnam.Training Delivery
  • Conduct product & application training for:
  • Internal sales teams
  • Dealers and shop staff
  • End-users (contractors, electricians, workshops)
  • Deliver both: Classroom training and Hands-on demonstrations
  • Ensure training is practical, engaging, and sales-driven
Demo & Market Activation
  • Perform live product demonstrations at Dealer shops; Roadshows/ events; Construction sites
  • Clearly communicate product advantages vs competitors
  • Support sell-out campaigns and promotions
Training Content Localization & Development
  • Localize global materials into Vietnamese: Presentations; Training manuals; Demo scripts
  • Develop simple, practical training content focused on application & selling points
Sales & Technical Support
  • Support sales team in Key dealer visits; Technical consultations; Handling customer objections
  • Provide market feedback on Customer needs; Product performance; Competitor activities
Digital Training & Content
  • Participate in Video training production and Online webinars
  • Act as presenter for product demo videos
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related technical field
  • 3-5 years (ideal) in Power tool/ construction tools/ industrial tools
  • Strong training & presentation skills
  • Excellent communication & storytelling
  • Hands-on demonstration capability
  • Commercial mindset (link product → customer value)
  • Basic sales influencing skills
  • Hands-on experience with Drilling, Grinding, Cutting tools, Tightening tools…
  • Good knowledge in construction, manufacturing application
  • Proven ability to select, operate, and maintain various power tools according to project specifications and safety guidelines
  • Willing to travel, and join some events at weekends
  • Candidates can be based in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
