The Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and group standards. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role leads a team of 10 and plays a key role in strengthening financial controls, accuracy, and transparency to support business growth.
Lead and manage the accounting team (approx. 10 members), ensuring high performance and compliance
Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and taxation
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders
Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and reporting quality
Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Provide timely financial insights to support management decision-making

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
5+ years of accounting experience, including a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and tax regulations
Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams
Solid hands-on experience in financial reporting and audits
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese
