Job Description- Manage and oversee full accounting operations for multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and regulations.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing; prepare financial statements and management reports for the Board.
- Review and submit tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT); act as the main contact with tax authorities, auditors, and banks.
- Manage group cashflow, monitor payments, control costs, and prepare cashflow forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis (budget vs. actual, cost control, performance analysis) and provide recommendations to management.
- Establish and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead, train, and develop a small team ensuring high-quality deliverables.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 3+ years in a Chief Accountant / Accounting Manager role with Chief Accountant certified.
- Strong knowledge of VAS, tax regulations, and compliance.
- Experience in multi-entity / group accounting is highly preferred.
- Good command of English (working proficiency).
- Strong hands-on leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
