You will guide project teams, shape solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Working alongside specialists from Technology Consulting, Cyber Consulting, … as well as EY offices across the Asia-Pacific region, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to help clients strengthen their governance and navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape.In this role, you will also drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies-including data analytics, automation, IoT and other emerging tools-into our client solutions. In your role, you'll:
  • Lead projects risk consulting services, formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions for clients.
  • Be responsible for the final deliverables for clients
  • Maintain client relationships and pursue potential opportunities
  • Manage a working team and will report directly to senior managers and above.
  • Conduct internal training sessions to improve capabilities for team members
  • Conduct counselling session on professional development to assigned team members
  • Keep abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence.
  • Positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn

To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
  • At least one relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business process improvement, risk management, internal control, internal audit, accounting & finance, legal & regulatory compliance, or risk technologies.
  • Provent track records and knowledge on Business Administration, Value chain, Business processes, Risk management, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Accounting and Finance, Legal and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, with full fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
