It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesHR Contact Center:Ensure timely and consistent HR services that meet defined service levels and deliver a positive employee experience.Escalate complex or sensitive employee inquiries to management as appropriate.Support effective employee integration, engagement, and retention through responsive and employee-focused HR services.Identify opportunities to improve employee experience by conducting focus groups, exit interviews, and other feedback mechanisms.Analyze employee feedback to assess the effectiveness and impact of HR policies, programs, and processes.Implement and embed new practices, procedures, programs, and policies efficiently to ensure alignment with organizational and strategic management needs.May lead and manage the HR Contact Center, including HR Knowledge Center and HR case management activities, to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.HRBP Support:Provide HR advisory support to people manager and employee on HR policies and processes, including recruitment, termination, performance management, rewards, and other employee lifecycle matters.Share responsibility with HRBPs for designated business processes to ensure consistent HR practices.Partner with assigned business portfolios to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational and strategic objectives, where required.Be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process for assigned portfolios or roles.Contribute to process/ procedures enhancement to improve HR productivity.Maintain accurate hiring records and review all hiring requests to ensure compliance with the Target Operating Model and required approval standards.Provide coaching and guidance to HR Contact Center and HRBP Support team members to strengthen capability, consistency, and service quality.Support other projects as assigned by Line Managers.Job Requirements:Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources or relevant fields.At least 6-8 years of working experience in HR; preferably in MNC/ Banking/ Financial service exposure, and understanding of banking operations & practices.Strong HR fundamentals with good business acumen and solid knowledge of the Vietnam Labor Code.Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, and deadline‑driven environment.Strong service mindset with high commitment to quality, accuracy, and timelines.Effective communication in Vietnamese and English.Experience with Workday system is preferred.Additional RequirementsBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
