We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Job PurposeThe Senior Actuarial Analyst will support the In-force Management Manager in delivering accurate and timely actuarial analysis across persistency study, par methodology, and in-force portfolio monitoring. This role ensures compliance with sound actuarial principles and standards, statutory requirements and meet department’s goals and objectives.Job Responsibilities

Act as the first gatekeeper for BAU topics, ensuring the scope aligns with company strategy and that data is accurate and complete before any review.
Contribute Persistency, Partial Withdrawal, Premium Holiday experience study analysis, providing analytical insights to optimize processes and methodology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Agency, Partner Distribution) to provide actuarial inputs for business initiatives.
Prepare persistency forecast reports and presentations for internal submissions.
Support PAR bonus calculation activities, including PAR methodology and model enhancement.
Maintain actuarial policies and procedures and ensure all work meets internal control and audit standards.
Participate in ad-hoc actuarial investigations and projects as assigned.

Job RequirementsQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field.
Progress in actuarial exams (SOA, IFoA, or equivalent) preferred.
2–4 years of actuarial experience in life insurance or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and actuarial software Prophet, DCS; programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python, R) are a plus.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
