- Pipeline and forecast management: Identify viable sales opportunities and expand the sales funnel.
- Sales and revenue growth: Pursue opportunities and close deals to achieve order intake targets.
- Customer relationship management: Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Team collaboration: Partner closely with internal functions, departments, and external partners to execute strategies, enhance efficiency, and increase success rates.Responsibilities:- Be accountable for key business objectives (including Order Intake) for the Vietnam CSP customer within your assigned account.
- Lead all business and sales activities; identify and develop new opportunities; and build and execute a strategic plan to drive growth for Nokia's Network Infrastructure (NI) business.
- Manage direct relationships with key customer stakeholders, deeply understanding their goals, challenges, and remit to maximize your own effectiveness.
- Coordinate sales, pre-sales, internal teams, and partners to support business development and deal closure.
- Contribute to strategic decisions within your defined scope (account, portfolio, geography, etc.).Qualifications:- Winning mindset with strong decision-making ability.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and processes; proficient in value-based selling, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multinational, cross-functional virtual teams and partners.
- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with technological and market trends, as well as competitive intelligence.
- Fluent in English.
