If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.Job Description:Distribution Senior OfficerLocation: Hanoi, VietnamReports to: Distribution SupervisorJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Distribution Senior Officer based in Hanoi to oversee remote operations at our Haiphong Distribution Center (DC), a bonded warehouse, and provide backup on-site management at our CL HAN non-bonded warehouse.The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for seamless coordination among customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring efficient inbound/outbound shipments, inventory management, and daily reporting. This role demands strong operational expertise, attention to detail, and proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).Key ResponsibilitiesHaiphong DC (Bonded Warehouse) Operations: Act as the primary contact point among customers, the Haiphong DC vendor, and the UPS Freight Forwarding team to manage daily operations and inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Remotely oversee on-site activities, including inbound receiving, outbound deliveries, cycle counts, pick-pack processes, value-added services (VAS) if applicable, and daily reporting.
  • Facilitate daily communications with customers, Haiphong DC vendor, and UPS GFF team to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth shipment handling.
  • Generate, maintain, and submit daily operational reports to customers and UPS GFF.
  • Receive and execute shipping orders (SO) and instructions from customers, UPS GFF, and OEMs for inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Manage warehouse operations using the WMS Softeon system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
CL HAN (Non-Bonded Warehouse) Operations: Provide backup on-site operations and management support.
  • Serve as the main contact for daily operations among customers, UPS SP, UPS CCC, other carriers, and end-customers.
  • Manage on-site activities, including inbound receiving, outbound deliveries, inventory control, cycle counts, returns (RMA), and scrap processing, etc.
  • Operate the WMS Splus system for warehouse management.
  • Generate and maintain daily operational reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3-5 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.Basic knowledge of bonded warehouse operations.Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.Diligent, detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and communication abilities.Employee Type:
