As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.The part you will playIntrepid Asia is seeking a forward-thinking Regional AI Video Content Manager to lead the transformation of video production through artificial intelligence, agentic AI, and automation.This role blends creative storytelling with machine learning capabilities to accelerate end-to-end video production across Southeast Asia. You will drive AI adoption within the regional video team, standardize workflows, and enable scalable, high-quality content creation for eCommerce and social commerce brands.You are not just a video expert. You are a systems thinker who sees AI as a multiplier — improving speed, consistency, insights, and creative performance.As a Regional AI Video Content Manager, you will take charge of:AI-Led Video Production Strategy
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools, agentic AI systems, and automation to accelerate video production workflows
  • Integrate creative storytelling with AI-driven processes to enhance both efficiency and output quality
  • Support the Regional Head of Video Content in implementing AI-powered strategies across Southeast Asian markets
Productivity Optimization & Operational Excellence
  • Identify bottlenecks in current video production processes and redesign workflows using AI and automation to reduce turnaround time and manual effort
  • Increase video production capacity and content output without proportional growth in headcount or cost by embedding AI tools into daily operations
  • Establish clear productivity KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, revision cycles, output volume, cost efficiency) and continuously refine systems to ensure sustainable, measurable gains across regional markets
Tool Identification & Evaluation
  • Identify and evaluate relevant AI tools for end-to-end video production, including:
  • Content ideation and scripting
  • AI-generated video production
  • Editing and post-production automation
  • Localization and adaptation
  • Performance analytics and optimization
  • Run structured testing of new tools and document learnings for regional adoption
Workflow Design & Standardization
  • Establish standardized workflows for AI-led video production across markets
  • Develop guidelines, SOPs, and best practices for AI-generated and AI-assisted video content
  • Ensure consistency in quality, compliance, and brand alignment while scaling output
Regional Implementation & Enablement
  • Partner with local market teams across SEA to implement AI-driven video production frameworks
  • Train and upskill video producers and content teams on emerging AI tools and workflows
  • Drive adoption of automation systems to improve turnaround time and reduce manual inefficiencies
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies in video, generative media, automation, and analytics
  • Experiment with new AI models and tools to enhance video quality, personalization, and performance
  • Translate innovation into scalable, repeatable systems that deliver measurable impact
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
  • 5+ years of experience in video production, creative operations, or content innovation (eCommerce or social commerce preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative AI, AI video tools, automation platforms)
  • Proven ability to design and optimize production workflows at scale
  • Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven content and data-informed creative optimization
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional and regional stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate experimentation into scalable frameworks
