The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving nationwide sales performance, strengthening distribution and key account channels, and leading the commercial organization to achieve sustainable growth. This role shapes national sales strategy, builds high-performing teams, and ensures strong market execution across all regions to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability1. National Sales Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals.- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.- Drive accurate sales forecasting and ensure agile responses to market changes.2. Commercial Execution & Performance Management- Lead nationwide sales activities to achieve annual revenue, volume, and profitability targets.- Monitor sales KPIs, market performance, and product mix; implement improvement actions.- Oversee OPEX and ensure cost efficiency within approved budgets.3. Distributor & Channel Development- Define national route-to-market strategy and optimize distributor coverage across regions.- Select, evaluate, and develop distributors to ensure strong performance and compliance.- Strengthen channel effectiveness through training, reviews, and market activation programs.4. Key Account Leadership- Build and maintain strategic relationships with national key accounts.- Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations for major partnerships.- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop tailored solutions to strengthen long-term cooperation.5. Sales Team Leadership & Capability Building- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers and the national sales organisation.- Set clear performance expectations and build a strong sales culture.- Identify training needs and develop capability-building plans for the team.Leading business to next levelSuccessor to Commercial DirectorQualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields; MBA is a plus.- 8-10 years of sales leadership experience, including regional or national management roles.- Strong understanding of distribution management, key account development, and B2B/B2C operations.- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving commercial growth.- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Key Competencies- Strategic thinking and planning- Channel & distribution management- Data-driven decision making- Leadership & team development- Customer centricity- Problem-solving and adaptabilityOur client is a multinational company specialising in high performance consumable products.Clear career patchCompetitive salary packageHealth CareTravellingBonus
