About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Office Design & Build (D&B) division. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating inspiring, functional, and aesthetically impressive workspaces. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the entire project process, from concept to completion, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities1. Market Development & Opportunity IdentificationConduct market research to discover potential clients and business opportunities.Analyze client needs and propose customized D&B solutions that address their goals and challenges.Collaborate with internal departments to expand existing accounts and introduce new services or project upgrades.2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild, maintain, and strengthen long-term partnerships with clients across the office, school, and hospital sectors.Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and client presentations to explore potential projects.3. Project Management & BiddingCollect and manage project information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the sales and bidding process.Participate in tender preparations, document submissions, and client discussions to secure new projects.Provide post-sales support, coordinate with project teams, and ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.4. Team DevelopmentSupport and mentor team members to achieve company objectives and meet individual KPIs.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Foreign Trade, or related disciplines.Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, client management, or account management, preferably in the design-build or construction industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Logical and analytical thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Understanding of bidding processes and project management is an advantage.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Personal Attributes:Confident, open-minded, and approachable.Highly motivated and customer-focused.Willing to collaborate and support others to achieve shared goals.Established relationships with real estate developers, leasing agencies, and property management firms are a plus.
