This rotational program is designed to cultivate future leaders who will contribute to Hitachi's commitment to sustainable energy and infrastructure.How you’ll make an impact:You will participate in a structured rotational program across different departments and business units within Hitachi's power solutions portfolio (e.g., engineering, project management, sales, R&D, manufacturing).You will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative power generation, transmission, and distribution solutions, assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring for large-scale energy infrastructure projects, conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the power industry.You will support the sales and marketing teams in developing proposals and presentations for clients worldwide, collaborate with international teams and stakeholders on cross-functional projects, engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.You will prepare reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations, adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Power, Energy, Industrial), or a related field.
Strong academic record with a demonstrable interest in the power and energy sector. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
