JAC's client, a Japanese professional services firm, is seeking for a Senior Staff - Financial Advisory Service (FAS) position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh CityJob ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver high quality reports in the following areas together with FAS Manager and Japanese CPA:Financial & Tax Due DiligenceFinancial Valuations of businesses and assetsPurchase Price Allocation (PPA)Post Merger Integration (PMI)M&A AdvisoryWork closely with clients and target management to understand their business and expectations, and reflect findings into reportsInstruct subordinate to let them perform procedures for preparing each report.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldProfessional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are a strong advantageMinimum 2 years of experience in Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Financial Valuations, IFRS Advisory, Internal Control advisory/ Internal Audit at a consulting or accounting firmStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDiligent working style with strong teamwork and independent working capabilityBenefits13th-month salary bonus + annual performance-based bonusCompulsory social based on full gross salaryAccident insurance for all staff; premium health insurance for Senior level and aboveUp to 100% tuition & exam fee support for professional certifications (CIA, IFRS, CPA, CPT, etc.)
