Contract type: Temporary 6-month2. Key Responsibilities- Document & Contract Control
- Check completeness and accuracy of contract
- Ensure consistency between contracts and system approvals.
- Index and store all service contracts properly.
- Maintain customer records in Dynamics 365 CE & FO.
- Ensure accuracy of customer name, address, tax info, industry, and sales ownership.
- Follow company procedures for customer setup and changes.
- Support Sales and related teams on customer setup, contract, and pricing input
- Perform data correction and basic system guidance.
- Support data validation during system changes or enhancements.
- Extract customer and contract data for billing and management review.
- Support reconciliation between CE and other systems.
- Identify data issues and propose corrective actions.
- Work closely with Sales, SCM, Finance/Billing, CS, Admin & Legal.
- Respond to internal requests accurately and on time.
- Support audits or internal reviews when required.
- Check stock on hand.
- Allocate stock by location/region based on forecast and availability.
- Identify gaps in data and process.
- Propose improvements to data quality, system usage, and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability

- Good communication and teamwork
- CRM/ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Good Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage
- University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer admin, sales admin, data administration, or billing support
- Familiar with ERP systems and internal control processes
