- Ensure the excellent performance of core system and other Technology Services.
- Deliver the outcomes from business requirement and project request.
- Consult and apply the new technology to help improve business productivity and outcomes.
- Evaluate and scale up fast to mass scale deployment for creating value to business transformation.

- 7 years + experience in working related areas.
- Experienced in leading and managing Enigeering team, Dev team.
- Experienced in Microsoft D365 CRM, F&O, Power Platform
- Experienced in APIs, Middleware, Backend IntegrationDigital Transformation, Fronend Dev, Fullstack BI.
- Strong ability to drive Solution Delivery transformation for both IT and business. Have hands on experience in successfully transform traditional waterfall delivery team to agile delivery model.
- Ability to work well with individuals and groups at all levels of organization and different pieces of a complex business chain. Excellent written and verbal English Skills.
- Organization, independent, strong team player/leader, discipline, and multiple task management. Proven leadership, team building, communication, presentation, interpersonal, collaborating and partnering, entrepreneurial skills, and coaching skills. Mentoring and facilitating culture change.
- Bachelor of IT System; Got knowledge of Digitalization Solution is a plus
- Graduate degree, MBA is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiar with agile metrology
- Software Process Development Life Cycle (classic or agile methodology) and document life cycle management
- IT Architecture, IT Governance, Application, Digital Security, Data Management, Quality Assurance, Vendor Management and Cloud Computing, BI.
