Supplier Development Analyst

• The Supplier Development Analyst provides support to the Exclusive Brands (ExB) Category Development team in a variety of areas to build sales and enhance profitability through the entire product life cycle. This role will work with global cross-functional teams in North America and Asia to execute the category strategy. This role will focus on assisting in driving sourcing strategies that align to strategic business goals and the critical needs of the relevant category.

• Supplier Development

• Assist in managing a supplier matrix and country of production strategy that achieves global balance, optimal performance, and delivers on cost, quality, and responsible sourcing expectations.
• Support the supplier evaluation, selection, and performance management processes.
• Support the development of an end-to end commercialization calendar with the Exclusive Brands cross functional team.
• Assist with ExB cross functional team to monitor product commercialization process to ensure on time and to spec manufacturing product delivery.
• Coach, support, and collaborate suppliers for the onboarding process
• Category Development

• Responsible for analysis, problem solving, executing processes, and utilizing business systems and technology to support the category development outcomes.
• Evaluate suppliers by evaluating capabilities, cost analysis, performance, and providing consistent feedback.
• Collects and shares industry and supplier intelligence regularly.
• Analyze and utilize data and analytics to help support negotiations and help cross-functional teams achieve financial plans.
• Assist with Exclusive Brands cross functional team to continuously drive efficiencies and product cost downs.
• Collaboration

• Partners with Exclusive Brands cross-functional teams and Category Management team to successfully deliver results.
• Implements and supports continuous improvements and embraces new digital tools and ways of working with the Exclusive Brands cross functional team.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Fluent in Chinese or English, fluent in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• 1 or more years of direct sourcing, project management, merchandising, factory operation and vendor management experience
