Our client - a leading logistics company is hiring for a Business Development Manager to drive the revenue and profit growth of the by developing and executing growth strategies and initiatives.Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and close new freight forwarding business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and profitability.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and keep all activities updated in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to increase wallet share and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Present full suite of logistics solutions to potential clients.
  • Share market insights with internal teams to sharpen our sales strategy.
  • Support marketing campaigns and special promotions as needed.
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Proven track record in air and ocean freight sales.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics industry and customer needs.
  • Experience managing a personal portfolio and thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
