- Identify, target, and close new freight forwarding business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and profitability.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and keep all activities updated in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to increase wallet share and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Present full suite of logistics solutions to potential clients.
- Share market insights with internal teams to sharpen our sales strategy.
- Support marketing campaigns and special promotions as needed.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
- Proven track record in air and ocean freight sales.
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry and customer needs.
- Experience managing a personal portfolio and thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
