- Have consistent engagement and collaboration with the NGSA management team, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team
- Participate in whiteboard competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet metrics expectations
- Have 2+ years of experience in IT sales with a bachelor degree.
- Eager to pursue a dynamic sales career, with a focus on driving growth and innovation within data centres, generative AI, and digital infrastructure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with strong work ethic, a desire to learn, is a self-starter, collaborative, driven, and coachable. Ability to influence others and convey a sense of urgency to drive issues to closure
- Willingness to relocate and work from Dell Technologies Hub locations, promoting greater collaboration and access to core company resources.
